National Student Engagement Programme Update

29–04–2021

The National Student Engagement Programme (NStEP), which celebrated its 5th birthday on 14th April, recently opened submissions for new Student Engagement Recognition Awards for Academic Representation

These awards, in the form of a digital badge, recognise the contributions of class representatives during the academic year and are the first in a suite of recognition activities that NStEP intends to create to champion students and staff who seek to enhance student engagement and partnership. More here.

The NStEP pilot 'Representing Diversity' training was recently completed, receiving extremely positive feedback. Read about this student-led project here. In the coming month NStEP will open applications for the 2021/2022 Student Trainer team, launch a new national framework, and much more. Sign up to the newsletter here to stay up to date!

QQI continues to support all NStEP initiatives with our partners in the USI and HEA.
