Reminder – first TrustEd Ireland application window closing soon

The first application window for the TrustEd Ireland scheme will close at midnight on Friday 28 March 2025. 

If you are an English Language Education provider, you must complete four steps in QHub, QQI’s provider portal before the deadline: 

1. Complete the due diligence online form. 
2. Complete the IEM application statement (IEMAS).  
3. Pay the relevant application fee and upload proof of payment. 
4. Submit your TrustEd Ireland application. 

You must complete all four steps for your application to be submitted.  

Incomplete, partial or late applications cannot be submitted.   

If you do not apply during this application window, there will be a second, application window, currently planned for October/November 2025.
