Global Academic Integrity Network meeting
The Global Academic Integrity Network will meet on Wednesday 19 February.
The meeting will be chaired by Mercy Ngoma, CEO of the Zambia Qualifications Authority, who will welcome our most recent members, the Polish Accreditation Committee, the Ombudswoman for Academic Ethics and Procedures, Lithuania and TKTA, Azerbaijan. This brings GAIN membership to 40 agencies across the world.
This meeting's theme is research integrity with presentations from two GAIN members:
- Research integrity and academic integrity in quality assurance - Nathalie Voarino, Office for Research Integrity, Hcéres, France
- Research integrity in the context of ANVUR research evaluation - Dr Marco Malgarini, Senior Manager for Research Evaluation, National Agency for the Evaluation of Universities and Research Institutes
The Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency (TEQSA), Australia will give an update on latest trends in contract cheating in Australia.
